suggestion

i am of the mind that any new recruits should be atleast 50..what good are they to the legion if they cannot stand in battle against our enemies?
the name Chaotic Legion carries with it an honor and a responsability,letting any lvl14 asshat that isnt an alt of an exsisting member could easily jus lead to the frustration and honorless ganking of our members by the everhated VI/IV members..which in turn causes a sense of weakness to the higher lvl members of CL and a deep frustration to the lower lvls. This is in no means a new standard..just a suggestion

I do not randomly recruit as I did when I first made the guild, as I don't tend to go around looking for people. If I see a lvl 40+ without a guild tag I ask them questions and if they want to join I continue to examine them to make sure they're right for the guild, also I let friends of guild mates in as friendship is strong within a guild but since we're a guild that's a month old now I tend to be more careful who I let in the guild, I hope all the knights that recruit follow the same procedure

What should the recruitment procedure be?
What type of people are we looking for?
This is something that the guild members might be in need of knowing so that we can all help make Chaotic Legion the strongest on the server.

Interview questions: Our main focus is to get our tier
2 city to tier 3 so we can have a battlekeep thus seige
warfare, will you help contribute in resources/coin to
make this process quicker? as all the guild members
benefit from the city and soon battlekeep so I try to
make sure everyone that joins will help contribute in
some way


Here's the second question in the interview: you don't
mind pvp? as we do have many allies but we have a few
enemies, we kill them, they kill us, but the main
points given are from the massive pvp battles


Alright the last thing I wanna know from you is I try
to tell the members to only attack KoS guilds, I do not
mind if they gank them as they do the same to us and
it's war so I'm making sure that you'll abide by this?
If any problems occur with un-KoS people, just let me
know and I'll take care of it
